ক্ষুদ্র ঋণ প্রকল্প

The targeted goal of the proposed project is to create an environment for the farmers to assert their rights which will serve the purpose-enhanced farmers’ rights in sustainable agriculture through independent farmers’ organizations. Throughout the project period emphasis will be given to achieve four major results i.e., independent farmers’ organizations established, strengthened & functioning, and services providers supports increased; increased ecosystem based agriculture; creating opportunities to promote organic products; and staffs’ capacity enhanced on farmer’s rights and knowledge management for sustainable agriculture.

নারীরা সমাজে নিরাপদ অবস্থান তৈরি করতে সংগ্রাম করছে। যদিও নারীরা ধর্মীয় দৃষ্টিকোন থেকে উচ্চ মর্যদার অধিকারী তথাপি সমাজে তারা অনিরাপদ ও বিরুপ অবস্থার সম্মুখীন। নারীরা সমগ্র জনগোষ্ঠীর অর্ধেক হওয়া সত্ত্বেও তারা সারাজীবন পরিবার ও বিভিন্ন ক্ষেত্রে চরম বৈষম্যের শিকার। বৈষম্যমূলক মানসিকতার কারণে নারীর প্রতি প্রায়ই যৌন নিপীড়ন, ধর্ষণ, এসিড নিক্ষেপ, খুনের মত সহিংসতা সংঘটিত হয়। আমরা মনেকরি শুধু আইন নয়, নারী ও শিশুদের অধিকার বাস্তবায়নে সরকারী ভূমিকার পাশাপাশি বেসরকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান, সংস্থা তথা আপামর জনসাধারণকে নিতে হবে বাস্তব পদক্ষেপ, গড়ে তুলতে হবে সামাজিক প্রতিরোধ।
