Introduction: NETZ Partnership for Development and Justice shall co-operate with Sachetan within the scope of the project „Sustainable Technology transfer to Enhance Productivity for Ultra Poor (STEP UP)‟ with grant aid awarded by the European Union over a promotion period starting on 01 December 2011. Overall Project objective: To contribute to food security and nutrition of the poorest 20% of the population in severely food insecure and hard to reach areas in Bangladesh and India with a high rate of indigenous people. Specific Objective: 18,00 ultra-poor households have increased sustainable income and increased food production by adapting environmentally sustainable agricultural technologies and improved marketing.

Advancement of Marginalized And Deprived of Economic Resource (AMADER) project is one of the largest development projects in the Shiree- DFID and it was operating from February 2009. The project has been implemented with a view to reduce vulnerability of the extreme poor women of the plain land adivasis area of Bangladesh covering a total of 4 districts and 16000 vulnerable households thereby contributing to the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) of Bangladesh. Sachetan started to implement the project in June 2010 at Homostapur and Nachole upazila in Chapai nowabganj district and Godagari and Tanore upazila in Rajshahi. On January 2012 sachetan AMADER project handed over 954 HHs at Gomostapur and Nachole upazila in Chapai Nowabgonj under STEP-UP project. Now Sachetan is working with Rajshahi district of Godagari, Tanore, Mohonpur and Poba upazila. The goal of the project under sachetan is to “4323 household has lifted themselves out of extreme poverty by the end of project period’. Sachetan has implemented this project with the technical assistance of NETZ-Bangladesh and financial assistance of UKAID and Government of Bangladesh. The entire project has been implemented participatory and group approaches.

সমাজ সেবা অধিদপ্তরের এবং দাতা সংস্থা মানুষের জন্য ফাউন্ডেশন (MJF) এর স্বাক্ষরিত সমঝোতা স্মারক মোতাবেক সমাজসেবা অধিদপ্তর কর্তৃক পরিচালিত রাজশাহী সেফহোমের সহযোগী হিসেবে কার্যক্রম পরিচালনার জন্য “সচেতন” ২০০৮ সাল থেকে “Ensure Effective Quality and Sustainable Service of Existing Safe Home” প্রকল্পের কাজ করে আসছে৷ উক্ত প্রকল্পের মাধ্যমে সেফহোমের হেফাজতিদের মূলত স্বাস্থ্য সেবা, আইনগত সহায়তা, শিক্ষা, দক্ষতা বৃদ্ধিমূলক প্রশিক্ষণ,কাউন্সেলিং ও পরিবারে পূণর্বাসন - এই চার ধরনের সহায়তা দেয়া হয়ে থাকে।

Micro-finance program is one of the major programs of SACHETAN. Through which the organization works to reduce poverty level in its working areas since 1997. However there has always been an alternative analysis possible since nothing is 100 percent good in this world. It would therefore be worthwhile for SACHETAN to try to analyses this form of service in an impassioned way. Savings and Micro-credit Program: Savings and micro-credit program one of the important programs of SACHETAN to alleviate poverty in the working communities. Rural Microcredit (RMC): RMC is the basic intervention of the micro-credit program. Micro-credit assistance for the poor people is the root level product out of different products of micro-finance program. UPP : This program is for assistance of the hard-core people who can upgrade their economical condition Urban Micro Credit Program (UMC): UMC is the major interventions of the micro-credit program. It is a specialized approach in the urban area therefore, UMC has been defined as an initial synergy and synchronizing in its comprehensive development package program. Micro Enterprise (ME): The second initiative is micro-enterprise or small business, instrumental ongoing business. Agriculture sector loan: This loan component can help a marginalized farmar who can cultivate and produce food grains with the help this type of loan.

Introduction: Where poverty incidence are very high, the social protection becomes very risks, and poor, woman and children are falling many mode of violence, abuse, exploration and fraudulent in the power relation between poor and society, educationally, Politically, & economically rich. Lack of access to justice and human rights is a defining characteristic of poverty and exploitation under the power relation. Rajshahi is such a region. The vulnerable population including indigenous community and people with disabilities in Rajshahi faces inclusion in particular. Poor people living in the rural and remote areas are rarely able to accepting of the use of government legal aid services and remedies within the formal justice sector rather than they are rarely informed about the services and opportunities billed by the GOB. Also the community people in the rural and remote areas are not well informed regarding the justice system and government services available where. For these reason SACHETAN is conducting “Justice For All” program in Rajshahi region 71 unions & 9 upazillas. Project Goal: The vulnerable communities in our working areas are empowered to have justice increased by the project period.
